DBike is a platform for any shipper to request a package delivery via the closest available biker messenger or the bike messenger of their choice.

Currently DBike is only available in Germany. But we are getting ready to go where you need us!
Anything you need to ship (excluding dangerous goods), that can be transported by bike. Please check our Terms and conditions for more information.
As much as we would love to provide our service for free, there are a few costs we need to cover to ensure the best possible service for you as our customer and to enable us to grow the bike community further. The service cost is 20% of the delivery price.
Sure, using DBike you can exchange messages directly with the Biker Messenger that is in charge of your order via the in-app messenger function.
Yes, we take security seriously and this is why we validate each biker and shipper's profiles. Via the user's profile you also have visibility on the security checks that have been performed. Additionally you can find further information about the services the user has performed/requested in the past.
We encourage you to rate users on the Platform according to your level of satisfaction with their services.
The closest DBike messenger that accepts your bid will deliver your package.
Biker ratings help everyone achieve a better understanding of the service provided by a specific Biker and help build trustful relationship with other users.
Each order is automatically insured for loss or damage up to the value of €200. Please refer to our Terms of Service for further information.
In addition to the information provided automatically by the app about the status of your delivery, you can contact your bike messenger directly via the message fuction in the app for all questions related to your order.

For registration via the DBike Messenger app you need an email address as well as a tax number. The tax number enables us to set up the payment process so that you can receive your payments directly from your customers. After registration and a quick data check, your profile will be activated within 48 hours.
We encourage you to have the necessary insurance. We are currently working with leading insurance companies to offer you special offers available to you as a DBike Messenger.
DBike provides a marketplace to bring Customers and Bike Messengers together to arrange for the purchase and sale of delivery services. Due to the varying nature of local and state and tax laws, you agree as a Bike Messenger to be personally responsible for your own tax reporting requirements.

Can you ride a bike? Then you’re a Biker! Register via the DBike Messenger app, create your profile and start receiving delivery requests from customers.
If the customer pays with cash, the messenger will receive the payment at the defined pick-up location. DBike will charge you 20% commission on the total of all the deliveries performed on a monthly basis.
If the customer pays via PayPal and the Messenger has a PayPal account: when the customer confirms receipt of a delivery and rates the Messenger, or 24 hours after the Messenger has confirmed the delivery (whichever is sooner), PayPal will remit the held funds to the Messenger.
If the customer pays via PayPal and the Messenger does not have a Paypal account: DBike will receive the payment via PayPal and we will reimburse the messenger the total amount (excluding DBike commission of 20%) on a monthly basis.
You can choose when you are available. Anytime, you can decide if you are available to accept a delivery request and you agree on the time most convenient for you and the customer.
As a DBike Messenger you can only transport packages up to a limit of 15 Kilos. DBike Messengers deliver exclusively by bike, and may refuse to accept oversized items.
All you need is a smartphone with the DBike Messenger App installed. The DBike Messenger App is available for Apple iPhone and Android smartphone.
